Shipping Policy

We ship to the countries and regions available for selection at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply to bulk orders based on the total order weight. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery estimates apply after your order has shipped. These estimates do not include the processing time stated above.

- Japan: 7–15 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–17 business days
- Switzerland and Norway: 8–12 business days
- Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- South America: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time, customs clearance, local postal conditions, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties

Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

For destinations where orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, formerly known as DDU, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related fees that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

If duties or taxes are collected at checkout, they will be displayed separately.
